Assortment

Through the internet you can order the following products: bouquets, flower arrangements, plants and funeral flowers. In the near future we shall increase our assortment with lillies.

Delivery costs; we deliver your orders worldwide, The costs depend on where you want it to be delivered.

In the Leiden region (Leiden, Leiderdorp, Katwijk, Oegstgeest, Voorschoten) The delivery costs for the products from this internet site are € 2,50.

Outside Leiden region but in Holland, we charge € 7,50 delivery costs. Large orders (greater than € 200) we will deliver ourselves, smaller orders are sent via the Fleurop organization

Outside Holland, we charge € 12,50 administrationcosts for all the products from this website. Besides that, you have to take in account that flowers in other countries are more expensive, after you filled in your order we will contact you to give an advice for which amount you can have nice flowers delivered. In this case you always have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery terms

In order to maintain our high quality standard, the period between order and delivery should be at least 24 hours. If we fail to deliver within 5 working days we give you the opportunity to cancel the order without any charges. At Sundays and public holidays our delivery service is not available.

Privacy

Your personal data will only be used for execution of your purchase order and to keep you informed of the latest developments on www.bloemenvandervoort.nl. Under no circumstances we shall pass on this information to others. If you want to have a look into your own personal file please inform us in writing an e-mail.

Payment

Credit card

After your order is fullfilled, your credit card data are erased from our server, so even in case of a hack chances are reduced to a minimum that someone can make mis-use of your confidential information.
